Both Dolce & Rachel Panay performed at Club Deep during the recent Billboard Summit. Rachel scintillated the packed crowd with her upbeat dance anthem of "Back To Love", and Dolce wow'd the crowd with a acapella of "Fire" and a powerful rendition of her current hit "Feels Good".

ACT 2 sign's Singer/Songwriter Rachel Panay
Act 2 Records is proud to announce the addition of
Rachel Panay to our stable of stars. This talented singer has been performing across the country and has been compared to such outstanding performers as Kristine W, Amber, and Ultra Nate.
Rachel's first release on ACT 2 is a collaboration with Producer Josh Harris, formerly of renown remix team "The Passengerz". Their first single, “Back to Love”, is expected to be out on Act 2 Records in fall of 2004. “Back to Love” is an upbeat, positive House blaster with great cross over appeal evidencing just how infectious Rachel's sound and style is.

Leoski D hits the studio
Act 2 Recording Artist Leoski D is currently woriking in the studio with Chicago Music greats Mike Dunn and Grammy winning producer Maurice Joshua. Leoski's first project is an EP that will feature 5 original songs from this up and coming urban artist, and is due for release in December 2004.
